PERMISSION GRANTED
Have you been operating on overdrive? Are you exhausted? Maybe you're running on fumes.
If you're #Relating, this is where it begins. We're not pushing a productivity hack or quick-fix tactic. It's simply permission.
Inside this guide, you’ll discover three small (yet powerful) shifts toward reclaiming your sanity.
It starts here, and it starts with you.
YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS. WE'VE GOT ANSWERS.
Yes. ESTEAMD is intentionally designed for women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics fields. Our community founder is a lifelong STEAM-er who had to earn credibility in environments often not built for her. That experience cultivated confidence, resilience, adaptability, and strategic communication grounded in self-awareness. ESTEAMD's founder wants to pay that forward.
No pressure here; we don't promote the "hustle culture." Everything in the ESTEAMD community is designed for you to engage as much or as little as you like. As the saying goes, "What you put into something is exactly what you get out of it."
Live sessions are recorded. Depending on your membership level, you'll have access to replays.
Absolutely! You can change membership level at any time. We've provided flexible membership options to meet you where you are.
We believe it can! ESTEAMD is built around values-driven alignment, balance, and sustainable ambition, not wayward, unproductive hustle. You’ll have access to practical tools, reliable resources, inspirational personal stories, and a encouraging community that can help you reduce the overwhelm and increase clarity and confidence.
You're welcome to join ESTEAMD at the level that feels best for you. Many women join at various stages of their careers and life: exploring direction, transitioning roles, off-ramping, on-ramping, and preparing for advancement.
QUICK ASSESSMENT
"Arts" was introduced into STEM between the late 2000s and early 2010s to recognize that creativity, design, and human expression often emerge at the intersection of technical and artistic disciplines.
